1. Who operates this website
Lumen Atlas and lumenatlas.com are operated by OrchestrateIQ, LLC. In this notice, “Lumen Atlas,” “we,” and “us” refer to OrchestrateIQ, LLC when it operates the Lumen Atlas website and services. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@lumenatlas.com.
2. Information we collect
Most visitors can browse this website without submitting personal information. We collect information only in the following limited situations:
- Referral Program enrollment: name, email, organization, and role, plus any optional information you choose to provide.
- Referral submissions: prospect name, email, organization, and context supplied by the approved referrer. Referrers should submit only business contact information they are permitted to share.
- Direct communications: information you include when emailing us or booking a conversation through an external scheduling link.
- Program administration: referral status, engagement and collection records, commission information, payment references, and related audit events created while administering an approved referral relationship.
- Technical and security data: standard request information processed by Cloudflare, including IP address and security signals. Public forms send an IP address to Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. The site also creates a keyed, non-reversible rate-limit digest; the temporary rate-limit record expires after approximately two hours.
- Display preference: if you choose light or dark mode on pages using the shared site theme, that choice is saved in first-party localStorage in your browser.
We do not collect payment-card numbers through this website. We do not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or analytics trackers.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries; evaluate and administer Referral Program applications and referrals; maintain attribution and payment records; secure the website and prevent abuse; comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Service providers and external services
Cloudflare provides website hosting, edge security, Turnstile verification, and the Cloudflare D1 database used for Referral Program records. Cloudflare processes information under its own contractual and privacy commitments. If you choose an external scheduling link, the scheduling provider processes the information you submit under its own privacy policy. Payment and tax information needed for an approved referral payment may be handled separately through Lumen Atlas’s financial providers.
5. Retention
Temporary hashed rate-limit records expire after approximately two hours. Referral applications, referral records, communications, audit events, and payment-related business records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the program, maintain accurate records, satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. A browser’s saved theme preference remains until it is changed or cleared by the visitor.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To make a request, email hello@lumenatlas.com. We may need to verify the request before acting and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
7. Security, transfers, and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, origin checks, Turnstile verification, rate limiting, and non-public administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Cloudflare and other providers may process information in countries other than the visitor’s own, subject to their applicable safeguards. This business website and Referral Program are not directed to children under 18.
