Join and submit the introduction.
Enroll first. Once approved, you receive a referral code to submit a prospective customer who is new to Lumen Atlas.
When a new customer you introduce becomes a confirmed, paid Lumen Atlas engagement, you earn 15% of collected fees. There is no dollar cap—only a one-year window from the project start.
We keep the program intentionally direct: a new referral, confirmed by Lumen Atlas, then a rolling 15% fee as the project is paid.

A referral becomes eligible only when Lumen Atlas confirms it as new and qualified before an engagement begins.
For collected fees within one year of the project start, your referral fee is 15%, payable 45 days after collection.
There is no monetary ceiling. The time boundary is one year from the project start—not a cap on the scale of the engagement or the value you create by making the right introduction.
These public terms summarize the program. The full legal notice and referral terms are available below and should be reviewed before enrollment.
A Qualified Referral is a new prospective customer submitted through this program and confirmed by Lumen Atlas before the engagement begins. A referral that is already in Lumen Atlas’s active pipeline is not eligible. For a new project with an existing Lumen Atlas client, contact us first; a custom percentage may be agreed in writing.
The Referral Fee is 15% of fees that Lumen Atlas actually collects from the Qualified Referral, excluding taxes. It is calculated on a rolling basis and due 45 days after collection. Lumen Atlas pays referral fees through its Mercury business accounts after the internal collection record is complete.
There is no amount limit. Referral Fees apply to qualifying collections received from the project start through the first anniversary of that date. Collections received after that window do not create a Referral Fee unless Lumen Atlas agrees otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for confirming that making a referral and accepting compensation are permitted by applicable law and your employment, professional, contractual, fiduciary, and role-based obligations. If you publicly promote Lumen Atlas, clearly disclose your referral relationship and potential compensation.
We use a short approval step to protect both sides: it confirms that the prospect is genuinely new and preserves clean attribution.
